Registration fees
The registration fee includes: attendance to all sessions, congress material, lunches and refreshments in the breaks during the congress days and Welcome reception.
Standard early bird registration: 5 290 SEK excluding VAT
Late registration: 6 670 SEK excluding VAT
Student fee
The student fee applies for all students enrolled in a recognized academic institution. To register students must be able to provide Student ID or similar documentation. PhD-students/PhD-candidates preparing for their PhD-degree are allowed to register as “Students”. The student registration is limited, first come, first served.

Welcome Reception
The Welcome reception will be held at the venue on May 13. Pre-registration is mandatory if you want to attend. The Welcome reception includes mingle dinner.

Congress Gala dinner
The Congress Gala dinner will be held at Kajskjul 8. Pre-registration is mandatory if you want to attend. The event includes food, drinks and entertainment.

Hotel booking
A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been pre-booked for the congress. Book your room via the online booking service when you register for the congress.
Privacy policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange the meeting, logistics, login, payments etc. We will provide relevant information with our partners (travel agency / hotel / venue and industry) with the same purpose. Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may keep your name and email address for future events, but you are always free to reject any invitations. We can not register your information without your approval. By clicking the “I have read and accept the privacy policy” button in our registration forms, you agree that we store your information according to the privacy policy.

The fees are stated in SEK excluding Swedish VAT. Please note: According to Swedish and EU** legislation all delegates are required to pay Swedish VAT on the registration fee (25%), social events (25%) and hotel (12%).
** According to the EU legislation and regulation for conferences and events (C-647/17, EU:C:2019:195, of 13 March 2019 and Article 53 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 20016) VAT is paid in the country where services are rendered, e.g. the country in which the conference takes place.

Method of payment
All payments should be made in Swedish krona (kr/SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate. No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted.
Payment can be made by the following methods:
Credit card – Visa or MasterCard. Please note that all credit card payments are made through a secure and encrypted online payment gateway and will be listed as a transaction with Sweden Meetx AB on your credit card statement.
Invoice – Only possible for Swedish companies/organisations with a valid Swedish VAT number (Org.nr). Invoices should be paid within 30 days.
Cancellation of registration
The registration is binding and no refund will be made. If you cannot attend the congress, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation in the same registration category, an administrative cost of SEK 350 will be charged.
